How we return your completed documents and licence discs.
Once your vehicle licensing application has been processed and approved by the relevant municipality or licensing department, we will return the following completed items to you:

We will notify you via WhatsApp when your documents are ready for collection or have been dispatched by courier.
We offer two options for receiving your completed documents:
You are welcome to collect your completed documents in person from our office at 37B Mona Street, Glen Marais, Kempton Park. We will notify you via WhatsApp when your documents are ready. No additional fee applies for collection.
Office hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 · Saturday, 08:00–13:00
We can arrange delivery of your completed documents via a reputable courier service to any address within South Africa. A courier fee applies and will be quoted to you upfront before dispatch.
Courier fees are subject to change and will always be confirmed with you before dispatch.
Where courier tracking is available, we will share the tracking number with you via WhatsApp once your documents have been dispatched. You can also track your application status at any time using our online tracker.
If you have chosen office collection and have not collected your documents within 30 days of us notifying you that they are ready, we will attempt to contact you via WhatsApp and email. Documents not collected within 60 days may be securely stored at our discretion, and a storage fee may apply after this period.
If the documents you receive contain an error made by the licensing authority (e.g., incorrect name spelling, wrong registration number), please notify us immediately. We will facilitate a correction at no additional service fee from our side, although government fees for corrections may apply and are for the client's account.
We are not responsible for damage to documents during courier transit, but we will assist you in lodging a claim with the courier if this occurs.
